I'm Noah Lima, and I started Lima Web Co. because too many good local businesses — caterers, landscapers, florists — either have no website at all or one that hasn't been touched in years.
I'm based in Livermore, CA, and I work directly with the businesses I build for — no account managers, no handoffs. You talk to the person actually building your site.
