Wedding flowers that look like your season

We take about 40 weddings a year, so every couple works with the same designer from the first call to teardown. Most couples book 6 to 10 months out.

How planning works

Five steps from the first message to the last vase coming home.

  1. 1

    Inquiry

Send your date, venue, and guest count. We confirm availability within one business day.

  2. 2

    Consultation

A 45-minute call or studio visit about your colors, your venue, and how you want it to feel.

  3. 3

    Proposal

An itemized proposal with photos of the style. A 30% retainer holds your date.

  4. 4

    Mock-up

About two months out, we build a sample centerpiece and bouquet for you to see in person.

  5. 5

    Wedding day

We deliver, set up, and come back for teardown so your planner doesn't have to.

Wedding questions

How far ahead should we book?

Spring and fall Saturdays usually fill 8 to 10 months ahead. Weekdays and winter dates are often open with 2 to 3 months' notice.

Do you have a minimum?

Delivered weddings start at $1,800. Elopement orders picked up at the studio have no minimum.

Can ceremony flowers move to the reception?

Yes. We plan most ceremonies so aisle pieces and arch flowers move to the reception during cocktail hour, which stretches your budget further.

Do you use floral foam?

No. We design with reusable frogs, chicken wire, and water tubes. It's better for the flowers and keeps plastic out of the landfill.

What if a flower isn't available that week?

A rough week of weather can knock out a crop. We swap in a stem with the same color and shape and tell you before the wedding, never after.

Have a date in mind?

Tell us the date and we'll let you know within a day if it's open. Spring and fall weddings book 6 to 10 months out.
